Marta, born in Cuba reared in Culver City in the Los Angeles area, now resides in Elk Grove, California. In the last several years the Lord has brought her through a tremendous healing of past hurts. Knowing how vital God’s Word has been in her own healing journey, Marta desired to create a tool that would lead others directly to God and His Word. So was born My Sword Book.
Discovering first hand how faithful God is, and how He truly does work all things out for our good, has led Marta to share her testimony with others. It has been her passion to declare the wondrous life changing power of Jesus Christ. To help others see how God can take whatever circumstance we may be facing, and use it as an instrument of radical transformation in our lives.

Marta has spoken at retreats, seminars, and women’s fellowships on a variety of topics. Focusing on teaching women how powerful God’s touch is upon a yielded life, how He can take our lives and turn them into a masterpiece if we but allow Him to work in us. She also desires to encourage others to pursue knowing God more intimately; and to experience for themselves His healing touch.

She loves spending time with her husband, family and friends. Marta has twin daughters who are married to wonderful young men all are in full time ministry. She also has a very soon to be 16 year old daughter who keeps her active, in prayer, and whom she adores. Marta is experiencing the remarkable joy of being a grandma to five amazing grandchildren, which she loves to spoil beyond measure.
